How do I join ASGJ?

Applications to become an Associate Justice / Judicial Proxy open in the Spring Semester via ASG’s Hogsync page. These applications are to fill any vacancies on the Judiciary, as well as appoint two Judicial Proxies. If you are interested in joining ASGJ, please contact Chief Justice Adi Kombathula (asgjcj@uark.edu) for more information.

Applications for the 2024-2025 academic year open in April.

What is the Election Promotions Committee?

ASG’s Election Promotions Committee (EPC) is a subcommittee of ASGJ that focuses on marketing and promoting ASG elections (Fall Senate Vacancy, Homecoming, and General). Applications are open on a rolling basis on the Office of Student Activities Hogsync page. All members of EPC are expected to approach the elections from a completely impartial and unbiased position.

When Are Elections?

Senate vacancy elections are early every fall, the Homecoming election is mid-fall (usually in October), and the General Election is mid-spring. Regardless of which election you’re voting in, the link to vote is always vote.uark.edu!

Only UARK undergraduate students are eligible to vote in ASG elections.
