Lionel Davis II, ASG Director of Diversity
On Monday, January 16, 2017, the Associated Student Government, Black Student Association, and the NWA Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Council hosted the Martin Luther King Jr. Vigil in the Verizon Ballroom. This event hosted speakers from the University and community, including ASG’s Director of Diversity, Lionel Davis II. This event commemorates what Dr. King stood for and many of the speakers encouraged those in attendance to take up their civic duty and love their fellow community members.
