ASG Applications Now Open: Executive & Judicial Branch

The Associated Student Government is accepting applications for five different areas of student leadership. More information on each of these positions can be found in the Newswire article “Apply Now for ASG 2018-19 Leadership Positions”.
Office of Financial Affairs Board Member – this board (known as “OFA”) is responsible for allocating student fee money to RSOs for events, conference registration, and office supplies. Applications close Monday, April 9th at 12:00pm CT (noon).
 Chief of Staff – this ASG Executive position is responsible for overseeing the completion of the events and initiatives of the ASG Executive Cabinet. Applications close Tuesday, April 10th at 12:00pm CT (noon).
Freshman Leadership Forum Coordinator – this ASG Executive position is responsible for organizing the Freshman Leadership Program (FLF). Applications close Tuesday, April 10th at 12:00pm CT (noon).
 Executive Cabinet – members of the ASG Executive Cabinet are appointed to complete initiatives and events in certain areas of campus life. Cabinet areas include Off-Campus Student Affairs, Safe Ride, Health, Safety, Athletic Relations, Diversity & Inclusion, and more. Applications close Thursday, April 19th at 12:00 CT (noon).
Associate Justice – ASG Associate Justices are members of the judicial branch and are responsible for administering ASG Elections, interpreting the ASG Code & Constitution, and hearing cases of complaints by ASG members. Applications close Thursday, April 19th at 12:00 CT (noon).
 All of these applications are open to all undergraduate students who meet co-curricular requirements. The Office of Student Activities will perform co-curricular checks after a student submits their application (students do not need to worry about completing a co-curricular check in advance).
